Clinton was very respectful, listening to the problem we were having with our dryer. Tested the dryer out to see if anything else was wrong with it. He called to see if parts were available, went and got them, and repaired our dryer in minimal time. Very professional gentleman to work with.

The appliance operator came in, identified the problem and a timely manner, and also came back and put it the part that was ordered back in a timely manner very efficient knowledgeable of his job.

This is the second time using Mr Appliance. Customer service and scheduling of appts was easy,l. Our service tech, Clinton, was very professional and courteous and did a great job. Pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again!

Had a great experience! Extremely professional and helpful. Matthew was our tech and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. Had an issue with a different appliance a couple days later and they were my first call!

Clint was so amazing. Super kind, knowledgeable, clean and respectful. I had the competitor come out first because that is who the home warranty place sent and the service was subpar and they didn’t fix the problem…Clint took the time to assess the issue and called for parts and ran to get them and returned to fix all within an hour! Wow!

Very quick appointment. Benjy showed up on time. Talked to me about my washer and quickly went to work. Once diagnosed he explained what the problem was and gave me a repair estimate. I decided to buy a new washer. He was very professional. I rate many technicians about their knowledge but #1 is how much personal time they spend on their phones! That was not a problem with Benjy. Your company is going on the top of my list for appliance repair. Thanks for the service and let Benjy know how much I appreciate his service.

The technician was very thorough and provided a lot of information about our refrigerator that we did not know including the proper way to keep it dust free and running better/longer!! Our service was completed promptly, and we were very pleased with the technician and Mr Appliance!!

We were quite happy with the service. Technicians came to out home to diagnose thf problem with our fridge. ( Frozen bladder), promptly ordered the part and returned for installation. Would gladley call again if needing their service

Quick, easy and professional when scheduling. I also appreciated the great communication re: when they were on the way and a photo of who was coming. Service appointment was quick and technician was very professional and friendly. Reviews were great which is why we called them and after working with them, I can see why.
