However, Joseph was on time, clean, thorough, and exceptionally professional. Going forward, I will use Mr. Appliance for all of my appliance repairs. Well Done!

The repair on my clothes dry went very well. The service technician, Joseph, arrived on time. He clearly explained the problem and was able to get the parts within a few days. He even cleaned the inside of the dryer of dust and lint. The cost was reasonable as well.
