When the local installation guys for our Sub-Zero side-by-side could not figure out how to adjust the doors, I called Sub-Zero and under warranty they arranged for Mr. Appliance to send someone to fix the door alignment. The person from Mr. Appliance (Alejandro) was fantastic and knew exactly how to adjust the doors on our Sub-Zero. Additionally, he gave us a few tips about how to properly care for the Sub-Zero over time. Thank you, Mr. Appliance.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Kolby! He came out to repair our Wolf oven and not only fixed the issue efficiently but also went above and beyond by checking on our Sub-Zero refrigerator and Cove dishwasher to ensure they were running smoothly. Saw good reviews and longevity, called and made appt for next day. Technician called early and was on site diagnosing quickly w resolution. Soon after repair was completed. I year warranty. I’m pleased.

Great experience with them. Same day service on my LG refrigerator freezer. Alejandro was awesome. Got to work and knew exactly what he was doing. Even taught me a thing or two about how the whole system works. Fair price and I am very happy with the service. Thank you Alejandro and Mr. Appliance. 10/5 Saturday Update…..well now I have an issue. The freezer did not get freezin after a day and I’ve lost the regular refrigerator also and had to move as much stuff as we could to the other fridge. Still lost a several hundred in frozen and refrigerated food. Not happy. They don’t work weekends so Monday is the soonest they can get out. Ughhhhh. They did communicate with me thru text tho. So that was cool (no pun intended) We’ll see how this goes Monday…….. 10/7/24-Yes. Alejandro was able to find and fix the issue. Thank you!
