Great experience with them. Same day service on my LG refrigerator freezer. Alejandro was awesome. Got to work and knew exactly what he was doing. Even taught me a thing or two about how the whole system works. Fair price and I am very happy with the service. Thank you Alejandro and Mr. Appliance. 10/5 Saturday Update…..well now I have an issue. The freezer did not get freezin after a day and I’ve lost the regular refrigerator also and had to move as much stuff as we could to the other fridge. Still lost a several hundred in frozen and refrigerated food. Not happy. They don’t work weekends so Monday is the soonest they can get out. Ughhhhh. They did communicate with me thru text tho. So that was cool (no pun intended) We’ll see how this goes Monday…….. 10/7/24-Yes. Alejandro was able to find and fix the issue. Thank you!

Alejandro the technician who came to fix the microwave is professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The customer service for this company is also prompt way better than the company who used to fix our appliances. I highly recommend this company. Professional and reliable.

Mr. Appliance came same day. Immediately diagnosed the problem with our washer. The technician was able to repair the machine without having to actually replace parts. We were able to pay via credit card with the office. As I type this review my washer is up and running, thanks to Mr. Appliance. The service charge, was fair and reasonable. I will absolutely use Mr. Appliance for any future appliance repairs

I called to get my outdoor fridge repaired. The lady on the phone (I think Rainy) was extremely friendly and helpful. They sent Colby out to fix my fridge. First, they sent a photo of him so I would recognize him at my door. Very cool! Colby was outstanding!! Hey did a fantastic job and went out of his way to find the part I needed. My fridge is 20 years old! He cleaned up after he was done, was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite! I would have them back to my home anytime!!
