The tech that was sent out, Billy was great to deal with. Althought we couldn't recreate the problem noise, he ran every test, tighten up anything that was loose, and scoped the machine according to mfg company. The noise was taped and noted with the tech and company. I highly recommend this company and the great tech Billy.
