Mr Appliance is a wonderful business to call if you need your dishwasher repaired or looked at to see what’s exactly wrong with it. We called them on Friday and they made an appointment for the following Monday. Our appliance repair man (Colby ) sent us a text confirmation along with his name and picture and the time he estimated he would arrive at our home. Then on Monday morning he sent another text to confirm the appointment time was still good for us. Mr Appliance always gives you a full inspection of the appliance and then gives you the choice to repair it with the cost or buy a new one. We decided to let him repair it, saving us the shopping for a new one. We are happy we made that decision because we really liked our LG front control dishwasher and it’s just like new and even more quiet than before. Thank You, Colby for being a great Mr Appliance repair man. He was very courteous, respectful, and a gentleman in every way to my husband and I .
