Our Appliance Wellness Program is an annual checkup and tune-up of your home appliances. We will inspect everything or focus on a few important appliances, depending on your needs. A local professional from Mr. Appliance® will check for:
- Appropriate temperatures on ovens, ranges, freezers, and refrigerators
- Refrigerator water filters
- Loose door handles, seals, and hinges
- Water leaks and drainage
- Ice buildup in refrigerators and freezers
- Lights are working properly
During our checkup, we will let you know of any recommended repairs. Remember – we offer honest, up-front, flat-rate pricing and never charge by the hour.

Freezers and Refrigerators
We inspect everything from the temperature of your refrigerator and freezer to its condenser fan to ensure it is running as efficiently as possible. We go as far as making sure all your freezer and refrigerator shelves and drawers are opening and closing smoothly, and that all doors seal completely.
Garbage Disposal Maintenance
Many homeowners tend not to do anything with their garbage disposal until it makes an unsettling sound! Our service professionals will visually inspect the entire garbage disposal for normal operation.
Dishwashers
Our professionals will clean out all filters, check the spray arms, and inspect the heater operation in your dishwasher to help with the efficient operation of the dishwasher.
Washers and Dryers
From the motors to the belt drives, washers and dryers have plenty of components that can fail over time. Our professionals will help identify any potential issues that can be prevented before a more serious repair is needed.
Electric & Gas Ranges and Cooktops
If you have a gas range, we will check all burners for potential gas leaks. Then we’ll look at the igniter of your range including infinite switch, burner plates, and fans to ensure your range is operating properly and safely.
Electric & Gas Ovens
Electric ovens have unique elements, that should be regularly inspected to keep your appliance running as efficiently as possible. Gas ovens have specific maintenance needs too! We’re proficient at caring for either type.
Exhaust Hood Maintenance
Our service professionals will not only make sure your exhaust hood is properly installed but also check all filters, lights, and the air draw to give you the peace of mind that it’s venting properly.
Microwaves
By checking all filters, vents, and overall operation, we will make sure your microwave is running properly.

Laundry Room Clean and Maintain Package
Two appliances will be checked. Your washing machine and dryer will be thoroughly inspected and checked to be sure they are in proper functioning order. We will check for wear and tear and perform maintenance to ensure the longest life possible for your laundry system.
Kitchen Clean and Maintain Package
Three appliances will be checked. Your dishwasher, range and refrigerator will be thoroughly inspected and checked to be sure they are in proper functioning order. We will check for wear and tear, water and gas leaks, clean internal components and perform maintenance to ensure the longest life possible for your major kitchen appliances.
Laundry and Kitchen Clean and Maintain Package
Five appliances will be checked. Includes maintenance for three kitchen appliances and two laundry appliances. See above descriptions for more detail.
