Alex diagnosed our dryer that was very loud when running. He cleaned it and put it back together and now it's quiet like it was when we first purchased it.

Excellent customer Service. When I called a very helpful human being answered the phone and scheduled my appointment within the week. Alex,the Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also gave me Care and Cleaning instructions going forward. In today’s society of AI and never being able to accomplish something efficiently due to phone prompts, this company is a refreshing change from today’s electronic world. The company is not only extremely efficient but very personable and knowledgeable. The cost of the service is very reasonable. If you want to experience five star customer service I highly recommend this company.

Customer service was easy to talk to. Alex the Service professional was knowledgeable of our samsung washer. He explained what was wrong and was able to fix it. Washer is working, Yay!!!
