Mr appliance sent a text with a picture of the tech the day before and the if when he was on his way.My first tech George was very kind, thorough and diagnosed the problem after checking other things first. George out me right in for reolacing the part.I received a text the day before of who my service man would be and a timeline. James came back today,Friday,and replaced the part.
