John and Allison opened the Neighborly franchise of Mr. Appliance in March of 2023 after running a Mr. Handyman team in Lee's Summit since 2019. Former teachers, John and Allison raised their three kids in Raytown before moving to Raymore. They love supporting public schools and Allison is still an active volunteer with the Raymore-Peculiar Public School Foundation.

He always likes to do a customer walk through on diagnostic and repair calls to make sure his customers understand and are 100% happy before he leaves. In his spare time he likes to hang out with his family, fish and go to the shooting range. -

Jeremiah joined our team after relocating from Illinois to Lee’s Summit, bringing with him a background in the Marines and more than five years of hands-on appliance repair experience. He takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, striving to leave every customer happy enough to give him a 5-star Google review. Just as important, Jeremiah wants customers to feel more knowledgeable and confident about their appliances after every visit. When he’s not helping customers, Jeremiah enjoys golfing and competing in disc golf tournaments.
